Our return policy covers most items within 30 days of delivery.

You may request a return if:
Your item is unused and in original condition
It's within 30 days from the delivery date
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective)
Final sale or clearance items
Beauty or personal care products that have been opened
Customized or special-order items

Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3β5 business days.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake or sent a faulty item.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like to switch an item, simply return it and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest service.

If your order is damaged or not what you expected, let us know right away.
Send a photo and your order number to info@verlagoods.com, and weβll make it right β with a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Returns from other countries are not supported at this time.
